SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELATION POLICY
Upon choosing a subscription plan during the checkout process, you are confirming and recognizing that your subscription involves both an initial and recurring payment at the current subscription rate. Each subscription plan will automatically renew in accordance with your selected schedule until you decide to make modifications, cancel it, or until we terminate it following the conditions outlined in these terms. Your chosen payment method will be charged one full business day before your upcoming refill date, and please be aware that refill orders cannot be refunded once they have been processed. You are responsible for all recurring charges until you cancel the subscription. We maintain the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate subscriptions at our discretion, and such actions may occur without prior notice.
You have the option to terminate your subscription plan at any moment through the account page on the Miracle Me website. To initiate cancellation, simply log into your customer account and adhere to the cancellation instructions. To prevent charges, it is imperative to cancel your subscription at least one full business day before your upcoming refill date, which is essentially before we prepare your box for shipment. Please keep in mind that while online cancellations take effect immediately, cancellation requests received via email or SMS may require up to five (5) business days to be processed. SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We maintain the discretion to decline any order placed with us. In our sole judgment, we may choose to restrict or cancel the quantities of products purchased per individual, per household, or per order. Given that each Miracle Me box is crafted to meet specific orders, we are unable to accommodate returns for orders that have already left our fulfillment center. Additionally, we do not provide refunds in cases where you change your mind before your box is delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with any products you've ordered from our website, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances, we may consider issuing a full or partial refund, offering store credit or providing an alternative product. In certain instances, we may request photographic or other supporting evidence prior to processing a refund or replacement.
